‘Bony avulsion of popliteal fibular ligament’ along with 1.3 cm avulsed fracture fragment at the fibular head (the popliteal fibular ligament is diffusely thickened demonstrating intermediate T1 signal). The popliteus tendon appears intact, demonstrating normal signal intensities.

Grade III longitudinal lateral meniscal tear at posterior horn.

Popliteo meniscal ligament tear.

High grade patellar tendon at midsubstance with fluid collections involving the Hoffa’s fat pad, deep infrapatellar bursa and prepatellar bursa.

Marked joint effusion.
