Bony Bankar+ HSL+ MGHL tear

Findings represent anterior labral tear at antero inferior aspect (3to 6 o clock position ) – Bankart lesion

Focal impaction fracture at posterolateral aspect of supracoracoid humeral head – represent Hill Sach’s lesion.

Truncated antero inferior glenoid with pproximately 20% *glenoid bone loss ( evaluation limited due to lack of adequacy of planning )*

Retracted middle glenohumeral ligament is noted posterior to subscapularis tendon- suggests full thickness MGHL tear

Joint effusion with distended axillary recess.
