Slight anterior subluxation of the knee joint.
Status post ACL repair surgery with graft in place.The tibial tunnel is entirely anterior to and parallel to the line drawn along the roof of the intercondylar notch (Blumensaat line) – needs clinical correlation.
Grade I signal changes within posterior horn of medial meniscus
Mild joint effusion with marked focal soft tissue thickening involving the Hoffa’s fat pad just anterior to the intercondylar notch with surrounding fat stranding – suggestive of localized anterior arthrofibrosis.
