Full thickness supraspinatus , infraspinatus tendon tear with coracohumeral ligament disruption and resultant long head of biceps dislocation along with HAGL

Full thickness, partial width tear involving distal supraspinatus tendon with 3.3 cm medial retraction from the level of greater trochanter. Supraspinatus muscle atrophy (Goutallier grade II)

Full thickness tear involving the distal infraspinatus tendon with tendon retraction.

Distal subscapularis tendinosis with small partial thickness tear involving superior fibers.

Disruption of coracohumeral ligament

Medial displacement of the long head of biceps tendon out of the bicipital groove ( disruption month long head of biceps tendon sheath due to coracohumeral ligament tear)

Findings suggestive of humeral avulsion of inferior gleno-humeral ligament at anterior band (HAGL)

Marked joint effusion with fluid collections, subdeltoid, subacromial, subcoracoid bursa and bicipital groove.
