Fullthickness rotator cuff tear with subscap and long head biceps tear with SLAP IV lesion

Full thickness tear involving the distal supraspinatus tendon with medial retraction of the tendon by 3.5 cm.

Full thickness tear involving the distal infraspinatus tendon with medial retraction of the tendon by 1.8 cm.

Full thickness tear involving the distal subscapularis tendon (superior fibers) with medial retraction of the tendon by 3.5 to 4 cm.

Rotator cuff muscle atrophy (Goutallier grade III)

Long head of biceps tendon tear at superior labral – biceps junction with retracted long head of biceps tendon just anterior to lesser tuberosity

Associated SLAP lesion (IV).

Small patchy bone marrow contusion at the superolateral aspect of humeral head

Slight superior subluxation of the humeral head –suggest microinstablity

Mild to moderate joint effusion.

Slight widening of acromio clavicular joint space.

Recommend clinical correlation.
