Full thickness, partial width tear involving ‘distal supraspinatus tendon’ with 2.2 cm medial retraction from the level of greater trochanter.

Full thickness partial width tear involving distal subscapularis tendon just sparing few inferior fibers with retraction of the tendon.

Goutallier grade IV atrophy of the supraspinatus and subscapularis muscles

Moderate joint effusion with fluid collections, subdeltoid, subacromial, subcoracoid bursa and bicipital groove

Findings suggestive of humeral avulsion of inferior gleno-humeral ligament – *HAGl at the anterior band.
