Cartilage defects at weight bearing aspect of medial femoral condyle with extensive subchondral bone marrow edema of the medial femoral condyle – osteoarthritis.

Grade III radial medial meniscal tear at the posterior root with slight meniscal subluxation.

High lying patella (patella alta) with focal fat stranding superolateral aspect of Hoffa’s fat pad – likely suggestive of Hoffa’s fat pad impingement. (Lateral femoral condyle patellar tendon friction syndrome).

Slight lateral patellar subluxation – likely suggestive of patellar maltracking.

Grade I sprain of medial collateral ligament.

Changes of chondromalacia patella.

Small joint effusion.
