maduramycosis

A large lobulated subcutaneous mass lesion at the dorsal aspect of first webspace demonstrating multiple small relatively hyperintense cystic spaces with low intensity rims and tiny dots (“dot in a circle sign”), protruding into the webspace, measuring about 2 x 2.6×3.2 cm – likely suggestive of a micitoma (? maduromycosis)

Differential considerations also include:- soft tissue neoplasm.

No evidence of underlying bone invasion or reactive bone marrow edema. No evidence of articular communication.
