Bony avulsion of Popliteo Fibular Ligament from the fibular attachment

Small patchy marrow contusions involving posterior part of lateral tibial plateau.

• Small osteochondral impaction contusion / fracture at lateral and medial femoral condyle.

• Grade III anterior cruciate ligament tear at femoral attachment.

• Grade III tear of medial collateral ligament.

• Grade II to III longitudinal tear involving posterior horn of lateral meniscus along the inner zone associated with menisco popliteal fascicle injury.

• Posterolateral corner injury :- *Bony avulsion of popliteo fibular ligament from the fibular attachment along with 1.1 segment avulsed fracture fragment at the tip of fibular head.

• Moderate joint effusion (lipohemarthrosis).
