A well defined rounded ossification in the region of ulnar styloid process demonstrating well corticated margins – suggestive of persistent ulnar styloid ossicle versus old fracture

 Other possibility of old fracture is less  likely

Focal thickening of triangular fibrocartilage complex ligament at the ulnar styloid as well as foveal attachment demonstrating high STIR signal intensity – suggestive of small TFCC tear.

 Features suggestive of triangular fibrocartiliage complex ligament tear at ulnar attachment.

 Findings suggestive of extensor carpi ulnaris tenosynovitis

 Small distal radio ulnar joint effusion.
