Extensive multilobulated cord like and linearly oriented T2 hyperintense mildly enhancing structures are noted arising from bilateral visualized lower lumbar, sacral neural foramina traversing inferiorly and laterally along the course of the respective exiting nerve roots, extending caudally into the pelvis , the greater sciatic foramen to bilateral thigh – suggestive of extensive Plexiform Neurofibromatosis (pathognomonic of neurofibromatosis type 1 NF1).
Mild widening of respective neural foramina is noted with galloping of the cortex.
