Non visualization of right iliac bone with resultant superior and medial displacement of the right femur associated with multiple surgical clips in the region of right iliac bone – – likely suggestive of progressive massive osteolysis or vanishing bone disease ( Gorham-Stout disease).
Right femoral head appears deformed with subchondral cystic changes and complete loss of femoral articular cartilage with heterogeneous altered bone marrow signal intensity involving right femoral neck, extending to proximal shaft with evidence of periosteal reaction – likely suggestive of old postsurgical changes with acute osteomyelitis.
Marked right hip joint effusion with multiloculated infective collection in the right periarticular region extending to the gluteal intermuscular space
Recommend clinical correlation, further evaluation, follow up
