Signs of micro-instability of shoulder

Moderate joint effusion with fluid collections, subdeltoid, subacromial, subcoracoid bursa and bicipital groove 

 A linearly oriented small T2 hyperintensity  involving the superior  labrum suggestive of SLAP lesion.

 Fluid distended axillary recess  suggestive of plastic deformation – likely related to microinstability.

Glenohumeral articular cartilage loss with small subchondral marrow edema.
