Marked distal supraspinatus tendinosis with a ‘full thickness partial width tear’ involving the crescent segment, extending up to the footplate (measuring 1.7 cm in longitudinal extent ).
The width of the defect is maximum at the level of crescent segment and minimum at the level of footplate. No evidence of tendon retraction.
Supraspinatus muscle atrophy (Goutallier grade II to III)
Full thickness partial width tear involving superior fibers of distal subscapularis tendon.
Slap lesion extending to biceps – superior labral junction (SLAP lesion IV).
Small joint effusion with fluid collections, subdeltoid, subacromial, subcoracoid bursa and bicipital groove
