Status post K wire removal with linear signal changes at proximal tibia.

Small osteochondral impaction contusion / fracture at lateral femoral condyle.

Bony avulsion of anterior cruciate ligament from the tibial attachment along with 1.8 cm avulsed fracture fragment (elevated by 0.4 cm). Surrounding focal marrow contusion

A thin bone fragment at the lateral tibial plateau associated with capsular avulsion fracture `suggestive of ‘Segond fracture’.

Grade II sprain of medial collateral ligament at femoral attachment

Grade II sprain of distal patellar tendon with small collection involving the infra patellar bursa.

Massive joint effusion causing distension of synovial recesses (lipohemarthrosis).
