CORACO HUMERAL LIGAMENT (CHL) AND SUBSCAPULARIS TENDON TEARS WITH RESULTANT BICEPS LONG HEAD TENDON DISLOCATION

 

Full thickness, partial width tear involving distal supraspinatus tendon with 2.2 cm medial retraction from the level of greater trochanter. Supraspinatus muscle atrophy

A focal tear involving the distal , superior subscapularis tendon at greater tuberosity attachment

Coracohumeral ligament (CHL)  tear at greater tuberosity attachment disrupting the bicipital groove sheath

*Resultant anteromedial dislocation of long head of biceps tendon out of the bicipital groove*.

Moderate joint effusion with fluid collections, subdeltoid, subacromial, subcoracoid bursa and bicipital groove
