Findings suggestive of degenerative wear of triangular fibrocartiliage complex ligament (TFCC) at ulnar styloid attachment (triangular fibrocartiliage complex ligament wear class II C) .

Small patchy subchondral marrow edema at the proximal cortex of lunate and triquetral bones – suggestive of Ulnar impaction syndrome.

No obvious ulnar variance.
