Wrisberg rip

Grade III anterior cruciate ligament tear at midsubstance , near femoral attachment.

Grade III longitudinal lateral meniscal tear at the posterior horn at the level of Wrisberg ligament attachment (suggestive of Wrisberg rip).

Mild to moderate joint effusion
