D9, D10 intra and extra osseous hemangiomas with large anterior epidural componen

The D9, D10 vertebral bodies demonstrates heterogeneous signal intensity with f pulka dot appearance demonstrating intense post-contrast enhancement associated with avidly enhancing abnormal anterior epidural soft tissue demonstrating bi lobed appearance due to intact meningo vertebral ligament – suggestive of D9, D10 intra and extra osseous hemangiomas with large anterior epidural component

. This anterior epidural component of hemangioma is impinging on the thoracic cord causing focal cord with focal cord edema

Right foraminal encroachment by the epidural soft tissue , likely to affect right D10, D11 nerve roots.

Small enhancing right paravertebral soft tissue at D9, D10 level.
