Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) versus other CNS vasculitis

Patchy subcortical hypodensities in bilateral frontal, temporoparietal lobes associated with tiny hyperdensities (tiny haemorrhages) in right frontal and bilateral parietal peritrigonal white matter – likely suggestive of Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) versus other CNS vasculitis

No evidence of significant mass effect or mid line shift.

Recommend further evaluation with MRI brain , vasculitis work up , correlation with blood pressure level, MRI cerebral angiography, follow up.
