Marked cystic bronchiectasis predominantly localized bilateral upper lobes anterior segments, right middle lobe, lingula, anterior and apical basal segments of left lower lobe demonstrating intrabronchial air fluid levels along with mucus plugs and multiple tiny pneumonic infiltrates in bilateral upper, lower lobes – likely suggestive of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) versus ? infective etiology
