Walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WOPN)

Pancreas is near completely replaced by an expansile necrotic phlegmonous isodense collection demonstrating thin rim enhancement , extensive surrounding mesenteric fat stranding – represents Walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WOPN) – late complication of acute necrotizing pancreatitis

Changes of duodenitis

Extrinsic compression of the splenic vein by the pancreatic phlegmon. No evidence of obvious filling defects in this study.
