A giant narrow neck distal basilar artery Aneurysm

An approximately 2.8 x 3.3 x 2.7 cm ovoid intensely enhancing extra-axial mass lesion epicentered at the suprasellar, prepontine cistern fat slightly right paramedian aspect, impinging on the anterior margin of midbrain and pons, apparently communicating with distal basilar artery – *suggestive of The aneurysm is impinging on the anterior wall of midbrain, upper pons, slightly displacing the brainstem posteriorly and mammillary bodies superiorly

Bilateral posterior cerebral arteries are apparently arising from the neck of aneurysm.

*No evidence of identifiable intracranial hemorrhage on given images. No evidence of blooming on GRE sequence. No evidence of acute infarct or restricted diffusion on DWI*.
