Age related mild volume loss with minimal periventricular white matter chronic small vessel ischemia.

No evidence of acute infarct or restricted diffusion on DWI.

The basilar artery and left distal vertebral artery (V4) appear slightly ectatic and tortuous, abutting the left trigeminal and 7th-8th nerve complexes – suggestive of vertebro basilar dolicoectasia with suspicious neurovascular conflict

Cranial evaluation is limited due to lack of appropriate GRE sequences
